Consumers report increasing satisfaction with news Web sites in the latest installment of the American Customer Satisfaction Index, a quarterly survey that measures consumer sentiment. News sites’ overall score rose 1.4% to 74 (out of 100). MSNBC.com, CNN.com and ABCNews.com all registered improvement. NYTimes.com was the only site surveyed to register a drop in satisfaction levels, falling to 70.
