Net makes fraud possible to do — and catch

The New York Times two top editors resigned in the wake of the Jayson Blair scandal. The Internet role? It certainly helped Blair get away with his fraud, by making it easy for him to appear in places he wasn’t. But it also made it much easier for him to get caught than it otherwise would have been.
