Business 2.0, Fortune Websites Restrict Access
Time Inc.'s Fortune and Business 2.0 are now offering their stories to print subscribers only as part of AOL Time Warner's plan to stop giving away all its content online to non-subscribers, PaidContent.org reports. The first few paragraphs are free, but you need to be a print subscriber to access the rest. This includes not just for the print magazines' content, but the original online-only content as well.As far as CyberJournalist.net can tell, though, folks who had been receiving e-mail newsletters -- including complete column content -- are continuing to receive them, whether or not they are print subscribers.
