About an hour after the worst power outage in U.S. history occurred, ABCNews.com posed this question to the public on the cover of its Web site: "Are you affected?"It was only a matter of time before someone had a bit of fun with their answer: "I lost my power, so I used a hammer and chiseled this on the message board." (see a screenshot one astute reader sent in)
