How in the heck do you UN-SUBSCRIBE to CNN ALERTS. It tells you that you can, but not way is this possible, it just doesn't happen. I would like to do that and would appreciate a RESPONSE

Happy to see that I am not the only one with the problem. What is the matter with CNN - do they not read their messages. Geraldine wrote in January - wonder if she was successful.

I have tried for months to unsubscribe, but I can't. They keep taking money from my account for a report that I cannot even read because I can't even access the section to change my email address from the old one to the new one. And I see here I find no answers on how to unsubscribe from CNN. I feel they are lying stealing crooks with no conscience. I would not recommend them in a fit! I hate them.

My poor wife got sucked into subscribing to CNN to get one report for a SCAM by Joel Sauceda. NOW CNN take money out of her account every month, and we can't see how to unsubscribe! This is daylight robbery!
Who can help us?

They still keep stealing from my account. CNN have no way of unsubscribing. It's a scam to steal from poor unsuspecting people. It's been twelve months now!Why won't anyone stop them! Even my bank is at a loss as to how they can still keep taking from my credit card!
