1 comments about 'Al-Jazeera Launches English Site'would that it did. my disappointment with the english al-jazeera site is that it is put together from western agency reports and does not offer any new pespective. have a look at the report on the saddam tape story. it is kissed off in 3-4 paras with the rest of the day's events in iraq pasted on at the end - very unimaginative agency work. you should tell them to tear up their contracts with reuters and afp and translate their own stuff. that would be worthwhile.
