Senate votes to reverse new media rules
The Senate passed a resolution to roll back the FCC's new media ownership rules. On Sept. 3, a federal appeals court in Philadelphia temporarily blocked the rules from taking effect the next day, as scheduled, and now the court is scheduled to hear oral arguments Nov. 5.
