Among its cool features is a personalizable My Government section: You can search by ZIP code for federal, state, county and city government web sites or elected officials. An especially cool feature is that you can sign up for a weekly e-mail to track individual House and Senate member key votes.Gary Kebbel, AOL's news director, says it's the largest consumer government Web portal in terms of both pageviews and unique users, as measured in ComScore Media Metrix. It also gets more pageviews than almost all of the federal government's sites (with a few exceptions, such as IRS.gov during tax season.)
