Great Work: Justice Learning
NYTimes.com and NPR have teamed up and launched a wonderful Web site, JusticeLearning.com, an issues-based civics education site for high school students and teachers based on NPR's radio program, Justice Talking. The site uses content from the program and related lesson plans and articles from The New York Times Learning Network.JusticeLearning.com uses graphics and audio features to teach students and provides resources on how each of the five institutions of democracy (the courts, Congress, the presidency, the press and the schools) affects current events.
