ABCNews.com's strategy pays off
ABCNews.com earned its first annual profit, in part due to subscriptions to and advertising on its broadband 24-hour news feeds, which reach a few million customers as part of bundles from RealNetworks Inc. and high-speed DSL Internet providers. It's begun working on streaming video to wireless phones.
