Newspaper editorials summarized
A new daily blog, John Peter Zenger Lives, is worth noting, a handy index of editorals and opinion from mainstream American newspapers.
"The goal of these pages will be to explore the depth and breadth of public opinion - or at least, the opinions of that handful of powerful editors and columnists who attempt to shape the public will each day." The site will also point to the primary sources that set off those opinions.
(John Peter Zenger, by the way, was an 18th century American printer, one of the first to put independent political thought to press in the Colonies. He went to jail for his trouble, but the paper still came out.)

I do like editorials, but would love to see some more kid-friendly ones that children can understand and enjoy with adults.
