Blogs make money
There may be a business model in blogging yet.
Markos Moulitsas Zuniga, who runs Daily Kos, a liberal political blog, is bringing in $4,000 a month. Another popular political blog, TalkingPointsMemo, brings in more than $5,000 a month, enough for head blogger Joshua Marshall to be able to hire a part-time assistant to help him do research, WSJ reports.

3 comments about 'Blogs make money'USuggest.com allow the bloggers to make some extra money through recommended products directly from within their blogs, and hopefully directing their readers to online retailers. As such, the respective blogger would receive a commission from any sales generated through referrals!

I believe there is a great deal of money to be made blogging, and my goal is to prove it. I aim to take in $1,000,000 in one year, beginning on April 14, 2007. Anyone can follow my progress and read about what I am learning at blogger-rising.blogspot.com.
