Converged investigation in Ohio
WBNS-TV and the Columbus Dispatch partnered on this year-long investigation into how universities are selling student and alumni personal information to credit card companies. The report first aired on WBNS-TV and was followed by a front page story in the next day's Columbus Dispatch co-written by 10 Investigates reporter Roger McCoy and Columbus Dispatch reporter Alice Thomas. The Web package included streaming audio and video of the original story that aired on WBNS-TV along with the various updates on the investigation that followed in the Columbus Dispatch.
