Multimedia 'Gift of a Lifetime'

Check out Fusionspark Media's latest project, "The Gift of a Lifetime", an in-depth web documentary about organ and tissue transplantation in America. It includes several compelling multimedia stories about patients, donors and family members. Through April 1 the package also included a Webcast at UCLA Medical Center during which time you could follow patients waiting for kidneys, hearts and livers. A series of interactives also help readers understand organ transplant process -- The Interactive Body is a neat one letting users explore the human body to learn about the tissues and organs that can be transplanted. The package even includes educator's resources and information on how to donate organs. Amazing work.
