New Yorker breaks Seymour Hersh's latest prison scoop online
Kudos to The New Yorker for publishing Seymour Hersh's latest prison abuse scoop online two days before the magazine hit the newstands -- the magazine's Web presence is still limited but it has come a long way in the past few years.
Still, it was puzzling that the magazine didn't make any reference to the online photo gallery of the abuse images it posted on its site to go with Hersh's first scoop -- even though several of the photos were not in the magazine but were mentioned in the article.

I find Mr Hersh a despicable character when is is revealing national security issues.
That is acting as a traitor and heshould be prosecuted.
If I could get away with it i would render him useless with my bare hands.
I do not want anyone giving the enemy any information of any kind other than a demand for unconditional surrender.

What do we call free press and free information ? Why do some want to cover things from us?
