Can RSS boost news site traffic?
Boston.com is getting 10,000-15,000 page views a week from RSS feeds. That's still peanuts compared to the site's millions of page views. But without marketing beyond the RSS link on the front page, OJR reports, traffic has increased 10-fold since the feeds were introduced earlier this year -- partly in response to reader requests.
