LJWorld.com scores with Game

Ljworld.com, the Web site of the Lawrence Journal-World in Kansas, has launched a great new site and weekly print section called Game that covers Lawrence's 2004 summer youth baseball and softball leagues. It includes two very cool features: outstanding player cards (which ljworld.com has used before for other sports) and a reminder service that will call, e-mail or SMS text message you when a local youth baseball or softball game has been canceled or rescheduled.

On the schedule page, each game has a link for "Game info" that includes the forecast for that game, as provided by ljworld.com's sister television station's meteorologists (convergence alert!)
