Senate votes to repeal FCC rules
The Senate voted Tuesday to repeal the Federal Communications Commission's new, looser media ownership rules. The new rules have yet to take effect because the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in Philadelphia blocked them temporarily; the ruling is awaiting a ruling on a challenge.
