I just ried that with several different queries and all I got was error messages.
Try it:
http://rajivraj.europe.webmatrixhosting.net/google/rss.aspx?search=cyberjournalist

It appears to be working now. This URL returns a functioning RSS feed: http://rajivraj.europe.webmatrixhosting.net/google/rss.aspx?search=cyberjournalist
