Great debate coverage
In case you missed it, both nytimes.com and washingtonpost.com used the Web in excellent ways during the debates to provide in-context analysis on what was being said.
The Times' correspondent Katharine Seelye provided real-time analysis of the debates: Here's the archive of her coverage of the first presidential debate.
The Washington Post, meanwhile, examined the accuracy of the claims made by each of the candidates with its "debate referee." Here are the archived versions:
