ONA Monthly networking nights

The Online News Association is launching a series of nationwide, monthly networking drinks nights.

Starting April 7, the gatherings will be held on the First Thursday of each month and are open to anyone with an interest in online journalism (or drinking!) -- including non-ONA members, "old media" journalists, bloggers, spouses, etc.

To make things easy, the ONA has created a special Meetup.com group to organize the events. Sign up, for free, to join these Meetup groups and you'll also be notified about any future regional events.

If there isn't an ONA Meetup in your area yet, you can start one yourself! Just go to http://ona.meetup.com, set one up and start inviting people. And please let ONA know, so we can help you promote it as well.
