Neighbors: Written by you, for you
The Dallas Morning News is the latest to launch a citizen media site and weekly publication, called Neighbors, in which readers are invited to send in stories, events and photos. The publication is launching at first around four communities in the Dallas area, and planning is under way for the rollout of Neighbors in other communities.
