Podcasting tips and tools

Roanoke Times Multimedia Editor Seth Gitner questions whether "podcasts" on news sites are really podcasts if they don't have RSS feeds - or are they just Webcasts or links to audio?

He sends along a link to the program he uses to make his site's Podcasts (some say the feed makes it a podcast): feedforall.com. He also passes on the site podcast411.com for
tips on getting your feeds just right and info on how to do podcasts.
