In a live online chat with readers, washingtonpost.com Executive Editor Jim Brady said the site will continue to produce its award-winning online video; the site has no plans to charge for content or create a "PostSelect" subscription similar to the New York Times' TimesSelect offering; and the site is exploring citizen journalism options.

"Can't tell you when, but we're working on a handful of other ways to engage users, and among them is allowing for submission of content from outside sources," he says. "But there are a lot of details to be worked out before we're ready to go live."
