'Picture This' photo column
"Picture This" is a new photo column documenting life in East Tennessee by Knoxville News Sentinel photojournalist Joe Howell. The column explores "those moments we all see in our daily travels — but Joe will stop, talk and photograph those moments and share them with us. It's a chance to tell stories on a very intimate and personal level, a long-standing goal of the News Sentinel."
The features include audio from the people in the photographs, telling their own stories in their own words.
