Due to the increase in the rate of kidnappers and their demand for ransom in Nigeria,need has arised for the ability to track these people via the mobile phone they use to demand for ransom.Please kindly provide me with a detailed procedure on how to go about tracking the cellphones,If possible a breakdown or quotation on the cost of procuring and running a tracking device setup.I look forward to hearing from you.
