SHE WILL CRY IF THE BABY WILL POO OR PEE WHILE CHANGING, AND SAYING SHE COULD NOT COPE WITH HIM. I TOOK MY SON FOR HIS MEDICAL CARE ON MAY 25, 2007 TO MEXICO.

THE FOLLOWING CRIMES HAVE BEEN COMMITED AGAINST ME BY THE "LOWRY FAMILY" BEEN: SUSAN LOWRY, JOHN LOWRY, SAMANTHA JENNIFER LOWRY, JOE LOWRY, SCARLETT LOWRY, JEMIMA LOWRY,AND JORGINA LOWRY, WORKING IN CONCERT WITH JOE D MILNER (A FRAUDULENT ATTORNEY), AND ANDREW WESTBROOK( POLICE DETECTIVE AND FRIEND OF SAMANTHA SINCE OCTOBER 2007)OTHERS INVOLVED INCLUDE PAUL SALDANA(ADELANTE SOLUTIONS ), AND JAMI MILNER( MILNER FIRM) AS WELL AS OTHERS

THE PARENTS CAME TO AUSTIN AND STAYED IN MY HOUSE FOR APROXIMATELY, ONE AND A HALF MONTHS, FIRST TIME I WAS ABLE TO GET TO KNOW THEM, DURING THIS TIME, SUSAN LOWRY THE MOTHER, GOT ALL OVER OUR RELATIONSHIP . A WEEK PRIOR TO THEIR DEPARTURE, OUR RELATIONSHIP BEGIN TO HAVE PROBLEMS, AS SOON AS THEY LEFT(AROUND APRIL 26), THE BEHAVIOR OF SAMANTHA WAS ERRATIC, AND FULL OF HATE FOR NO REASON, SHE CLAIMED I DID NOT HELP HER, AND I DID NOT CHANGED DIAPERS OR COOK, WHICH I WAS DOING,AND SHE BEGIN TO PLACE THREATS SHE WILL TAKE MY SON TO ENGLAND WITHOUT ME.THINKING TAKING HER TO ENGLAND WILL STOP HER BEHAVIOR, I OFFERED TO HER I WILL TAKE HER ON JULY 17. ( WE WILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH MEXICO TO GO TO ENGLAND, since SHE IS AN ILLEGAL ALIEN, WITH EXPIRED TOURIST VISA)
BUT IT LASTED 2 DAYS, AND STARTED AGAIN.DURING THIS TIME, SHE WILL SPEND MOST OF THE DAY IN BED, BECAUSE THE MOTHER SAID TO HER, THE PLACENTA WILL GO BACK FASTER INTO PLACE IF SHE WILL LAY IN BED.

ON OR AROUND MAY 17,ALREADY ME DOING THE COOKING, THE CLEANING OF THE HOUSE AND WORKING FOR THE PURCHASE OF A PROPERTY IN LOCKHART TEXAS, AFTER MAKING HER A SPECIAL DINNER WITH FLOWERS, SHE MADE THE THREAT AGAIN, SHE WILL TAKE MY SON, AND SAID SHE WILL LEAVE THE HOUSE, (THAT CREATED AN ARGUMENT) SHE BEGIN PACKING AND LEFT THE SAME DAY ,TAKING MY SON,TO BOB AND CANDICE GLOYD HOUSE. I CALLED THE POLICE ON OR AROUND THE 18 OF MAY, 2007, BUT THEY SAID IF NO COURT ORDERS WERE IN PLACE, THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO.

DURING THE FOLLOWING WEEK, SHE REFUSED TO LET ME SEE MY SON, TIME WERE I SAID SHE WILL EITHER LET ME SEE MY SON, OR I WILL START A FIGHT FOR CUSTODY, SHE AGREE TO LET ME SEE MY SON (ON LIMITED BASIS), SHE ASK FOR TIME BECAUSE SHE FELT VERY CONFUSED AND ILL, AND I SAID I WILL LEAVE TO MEXICO TO GIVE HER SOME SPACE, ON THE DAY I WAS TO LEAVE I REALIZED MY TRAVEL DOCUMENTS(PASSPORT,GREEN CARD WERE GONE, AS WELL AS ALL THE DOCUMENTS OF MY SON) THE CRIMES STARTED....:

ON OR AROUND MAY 24, 2007, I REALIZED SAMANTHA LOWRY HAD BROKEN INTO MY HOUSE, AND STOLEN ALL MY TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND ALL THE DOCUMENTS OF MY SON SEBASTIAN PAVON CUELLAR, I CALLED THE POLICE TO PRESS CHARGES, THEY SAID THEY WILL CALL ME BUT NEVER DID. I WENT TO HER HOUSE WHERE SHE WAS STAYING, AND ASK HER FOR MY TRAVEL DOCUMENTS, SHE REFUSED TO GIVED THEM TO ME, AT THIS TIME I GOT THE KEYS TO THE HOUSE FROM HER, AND WE AGREED WE WILL MEET THE FOLLOWING DAY TO REACH AN AGREEMENT.

ON MAY 25, EARLY MORNING WE MET, AND AGREED I WILL SEE MY SON ON MY OWN FOR 4 HOURS A DAY FROM 4 TO 8, AND IT WILL BE GOOD FOR HER TO HAVE MORE FREEDOM, SHE SAID EXCEPT FOR "TODAY" BECAUSE THE SISTERS WERE COMING, SO IT WILL BE FROM 3 TO 7, AND SHE WILL BRING HIM TO MY HOUSE.
AT AROUND 3 30 PM, SHE CALLED AND SAID SHE COULD NOT MAKE IT, AND FOR ME TO PICK HIM UP AT HER HOTEL, (SHE HAD FOUND A PLACE TO LIVE FOR A MONTH AND A HALF) I SAID BEEN FRIDAY AFTERNOON, I WILL WASTE ALL THE TIME IN TRAFFIC, SO FOR HER TO COME AND I WILL PAY THE CAB, SHE ARRIVED AROUND 4 PM, AT THIS TIME, WE STARTED TALKING ABOUT THE VACCINES AND THE BALLS IN THE NECK, SHE SAID SHE WILL REFUSE TO THE VACCINES, AND THE BALLS WERE NOTHING SO SHE WILL NOT TAKE HIM TO THE DOCTOR, IT FOLLOWED BY SAYING SHE WILL NOT ALOUD ME TO SEE MY SON ON MY OWN, AND SHE WILL REFUSE TO WAIT THE 4 HOURS, THEN SHE SAID SHE WILL TAKE MY SON TO ENGLAND, REASON THE SISTERS WERE COMING AND THERE WAS NOTHING I COULD DO. AT THAT TIME I SAID, I TAKE CUSTODY OF SEBASTIAN, AND ENTER MY HOUSE, SHE SAID SHE WILL CALL HER POLICE DETECTIVE FRIEND, WHEN SHE CROSSED THE STREET I TOOK MY SON FOR HIS SAFETY AND BE ABLE TO GIVE HIM MEDICAL CARE. AT THIS POINT IN TIME, NO PROCEDINGS OF CUSTODY AND NO CUSTODY ORDERS WERE IN PLACE.
I DROVE TO LAREDO, AND PARKED MY CAR IN THE U.S.SIDE NEXT TO THE RIVER, (MOST LIKELY ALREADY IMPOUNDED).AND WALKED TO MEXICO

WHEN CROSSING THE BORDER WALKING INTO MEXICO, NOBODY CHECKS THE PAPERS FOR ENTRY, THIS IS BECAUSE MOST PEOPLE ARE WORKERS WHO WORK BETWEEN US/MEXICO.SPECIALLY SINCE I DID NOT HAVE LUGGAGE.

AS SOON AS I ARRIVED TO MEXICO CITY, I EMAIL SAMANTHA, AND THEN CALLED HER.
SAMANTHA LOWRY NO LONGER LIVING IN MY HOUSE, TOLD ME SHE HAD BROKEN VIOLENTLY (PROPERTY DAMAGE)INTO MY HOUSE BY BRAKING A LARGE WINDOW,NEVERTHELESS SHE AGREED SHE WILL COME AND ARRIVE MAY 28.WE AGREED WE WILL TAKE A SHORT TRIP TO THE BEACH AND BE ONLY THE THREE OF US. AND GIVED HER 2000 FOR THIS PURPOSE TO COME, AND EVEN ASK HER TO PAY TWO SEATS TO BE ABLE TO KEEP MILKING HER SELF. I WENT TO THE STATION, BUT SHE DID NOT SHOW UP. I TRIED CALLING HER, EMAILED HER, EMAILED THE PARENTS AND SEARCH IN EVERYWAY TO TRY TO FIND IF SOMETHING HAD HAPPENED TO HER. EVEN CALL HER ANT IN PUERTO VALLARTA

SINCE I KNEW SHE WAS COMING, I ASKED SAM NAJJAR, A BUSINESS PARTNER, TO TRANSFER OUR MAIL TO HIS HOUSE, TO LATER SEND IT TO US, SINCE SAMANTHA AND I WILL BE IN MEXICO

THEN, I REALIZED SHE HAD ERASED ALL MY EMAILS PREVIOUSLY SENT TO HER,(SHE HAD MY PASSWORDS) AND TO HER PARENTS, FROM MY EMAIL ACCOUNT, EMAILS FROM MY OBJECTIONS OF HER TREATMENT AND NEGLIGENCE TO SEBASTIAN AND HER MOTHERS INTERFERENCE, AND DATED FROM AROUND APRIL 10 TO MAY 28 SO I CHANGED MY PASSWORD FROM MY EMAILS ACCOUNTS AROUND MAY 28

ON THE SAME MONDAY, THE PEDIATRICIAN CHECKED SEBASTIAN IN MEXICO, AND FOUND THE REASON OF THE BALLS, WAS AN EAR INFECCION ALREADY IN A SERIOUS STAGE, MOST LIKELY FROM WATER ENTERING HIS EAR.
THE PEDIATRICIAN SAID IF NOT TREATED COULD HAVE HAD SERIOUS HEALTH EFFECT INCLUDING LOSS OF HEARING FOR LIFE.

FINALLY SHE REACH ME A FEW DAYS LATER, AND SAID SHE WAS FEELING ILL, BUT SHE AGREED ONCE AGAIN TO COME, BUT FAILED TO ONCE AGAIN


DURING THIS TIME, I ASKED SAMANTHA FOR OUR DOCUMENTS TO BE SENT TO US MANY, MANY TIMES. OR HER TO COME. SHE WAS SIMPLY EVASIVE AND REFUSE TO DO EITHER

THEN I TOLD HER ALL HER HARRASMENT HAD TO STOP, ALL OF IT HAD TO STOP SO I WENT TO LAREDO TO MEET OR FOR ANYONE WHO COULD SEND OUR DOCUMENTS TO ENTER THE US. BUT SHE REFUSED TO ALL. AND NOBODY SHOWED UP IN THE BORDER

ON OR AROUND JUNE 6 SHE SEND A BLANK SUIT (NOT FILED, NO ATTACHMENTS, NO EXHIBITS, NO FILINGS,NO DATES) SAYING SHE USED THE REST OF THE MONEY I LEFT HER TO SEE AN ATTORNEY.

SAM NAJJAR HAD CONTACT ME SAYING THEY WHERE TRYING TO PRESS FELONY CHARGES AGAINST HIM (ANDREW WESTBROOK) TO HAVE SEND THE MAIL TO HIS HOUSE, AND THAT SHE WAS LIVING IN MY HOUSE. WHEN I FOUND SHE WAS LIVING WITH HER FAMILY (AND TWO OTHER PEOPLE I UNKNOWN) (TOTAL OF 8 PEOPLE) I NOTIFIED HER IN WRITING SHE WAS TRESSPASING AND SHE MOST SECURE MY HOUSE AND LEAVE AT ONCE, I PRESSED CHARGES AGAINST HER AT THE AUSTIN POLICE DEPARTMENT (ON JUNE 8, 2007), LATER DROPED WRONGFULLY BY ANDREW WESTBROOK. (HER FRIEND)


DURING THIS TIME, THE HARRASMENT TO MY FAMILY MY FRIENDS, WAS UNESTOPABLE, I REQUESTED FOR HER TO STOP,TO STOP THE MIDNIGHT CALLS, AND ALL TYPES OF HARRASMENT FROM SAMANTHA AND HER MOTHER SUSAN. AND SPECIALLY AGAINST MY MOTHER WHO HAS A HEART CONDITION.SO I LEFT HOPING THEY WILL STOP THE HARRASMENT.

SAMANTHA, IN THE DAY SHE KNEW I LEFT MY PARENTS HOUSE, SHE SEND A FEDEX, TRANSLATED INTO SPANISH TO MY PARENTS FULL OF LIES,WHICH CAUSED A HEART ATTACK TO MY MOTHER, I CALLED HER TO STOP DESTROYING MY FAMILY, SHE FOLLOWED IT BY FILING PAPERS IN COURT FROM MY MOTHERS PROPERTIES ON JUNE 27.(STOLEN FROM MY HOUSE AND FOR THE PURPOSE OF FRAUD FOR MONETARY GAIN)

ON THIS SAME DAY, I WAS NOTIFIED I HAD A WARRANT(JUNE 8) ,TIME I LEFT MY PARENTS HOUSE, AND HIRED AN ATTORNEY ANTONIO WEHNES, AND SEND A 5000 RETAINER FEE., HE GOT TO SEND ME PAPERS, ALL FROM THE MILNER FIRM, I REQUESTED ALL DOCUMENTS FILED IN COURT OR POLICE, BUT HE SENT NONE.WITHIN A WEEK, I FOUND HE WAS WORKING ON MILNERS BEHALF AND AGAINST ME, AND THEREFORE TERMINATED HIS SERVICES. This guy is a serious nut case, i am a police detective in the juvenille unit in California. Daniel Pavon Cuellar is obviously in a serious amount of trouble which will ruin his future if he doesn't stop this now and follow the law. He obviously has mental illneses such as dellusions.

I totally agree with the detective. I have been in the Legal Profession for 23 years and my best advice would be firstly to hire an extremely good lawyer, the sooner you do this the lesser a sentence you will recieve. I hope you understand that by kidnapping a joint British and American Citizen you will never get away with it and every second you keep this child you are making your life many times worse.

Man died after drink session
From the Swindon Advertiser, first published Wednesday 19th Dec 2001.

LORRY driver Tony Houghton died when he was unable to stop himself suffocating after a party, an inquest heard.

Wiltshire Coroner David Masters heard how 42 year-old Mr Houghton, of Whitehead Street, Swindon, died in June after a night out with friends at the Milton Road Club.

Shaun Dyke told the inquest Mr Houghton, who was used to drinking, had drunk several pints of beer during the day. He said he had only seen his friend eat minimally.

When the men left the club, Mr Houghton lagged behind and Mr Dyke continued home.

Tristian Nind, of Highworth, said he came out of Level 3 nightclub in Commercial Road and found Mr Houghton doubled over in a flower bed.

Mr Houghton was taken to Princess Margaret Hospital, Swindon but died.

Pathologist Dr Janette Armstrong concluded death was caused by postural asphyxia, in which Mr Houghton had failed to prevent himself suffocating.

The coroner recorded a verdict of misadventure.
