The Graduate School of Journalism and the Online News Association hosted a discussion about working at online news organizations and the new newsroom environment.
A panel of top editors from leading new media operations discussed the transformation taking place in the industry, what's in store for the future, and the range of opportunities that are and will be available for journalists ready to transition into the realm of online media. The panel featured editors from Marketwatch, SFGate, C|Net, Salon, WiredNews.com, the Sacramento Bee and Knight Ridder Digital.
