courierpress.com redesigns

courierpress.com has redesigned its site and launched a series of new features. Some of the new features include:

* A new, full-functioned event calendar. Lots of information will be available for a variety of activities and organizations can submit their own events.
* Larger photographs and a cleaner, fresh design with earthy tones that make articles and photos stand out.
* Improved local search. In fact, the search engine is a key tool for our users to find "stuff" including articles, advertising and business listings with maps.
* Simplified navigation. There are a lot of things to explore on courierpress.com and they are easier with quick links in the new Featured, Multimedia and Recommended boxes.
* Latest news headlines that are easier to find.
* More friendly for iPod users. Not only do we offer new video podcasts, but articles are available for download to the popular, small portable devices.
* New contests and features in our new Member Center. Signing on to courierpress.com now means chances to play the contests, sign up for e-mail newsletters and more.
* Online articles will stay on the web site for longer periods of time. Just use the "search" box to find them.
