BrooWaha Los Angeles is "a collaborative online newspaper that gives ordinary readers a chance to participate and share their knowledge." The site says it uses "an innovative algorithm [that] automatically organizes the newspaper to provide the best quality articles to our readers. The higher an article is rated, the higher up in the newspaper it will be and the more likely people will be to read it."
