JW to launch mobile edition

Jornalistas da Web (JW), the leading Brazilian digital media news provider, is launching this week a mobile edition. Developed exclusively for smartphones and PDAs with Internet access and HTML support, JW Mobile displays the last 30 news published in the site, the last 30 posts from Ponto JOL - JW's collective weblog - and links to other mobile publications.

To acess JW Mobile, the user must have a mobile device with Internet access, navigation browser and HTML support (recent Pocket PC and smartphone models come with these features). The user must type mobile.jornalistasdaweb.com.br in the device's browser.

Based on Rio de Janeiro, JW was created in 2000 aiming cover the online content and online journalism scenes.
