But how many enemy fighters, so-called "insurgents" (stupid word for civil war combatants and nation destroyers and Saddam clones), did those brave Marines kill?
How many hospitals and schools are up and running? How many girls get educated now? How about them Kurds in the Free Republic of Kurdistan?
