Florida paper launches hyper-local site
The Florida-Times Union is launching a new hyper-local site covering Clay County called My Clay SUN.
The site and companion section (delivered Thursday through Sunday) will give readers a chance to talk about what's going on around them in blogs and other formats.
"The people of Clay County deserve a good local product," said Robin Quillon, special projects director at the Times-Union. "My Clay SUN will be a real, deep look at the community."
Steve Yelvington says some elements will be very similar to Bluffton Today (also run by Yelvington's Morris Digital Works), but there also will be some significant differences.
