Interview with CNN's I-Reporter
Virginia Tech graduate student Jamal Albarghouti, who captured dramatic video of the deadly shooting on his cell phone, says he often visits CNN.com and thus knew he could send his video to I-Report.
A good reminder that sites need to let their audiences know all the time -- not just when news breaks -- that they can submit content.
