OrlandoSentinel.com launches Tribune-wide redesign
OrlandoSentinel.com launched the first in what will be a Tribune-wide websites redesign (except for latimes.com). Anthony Moor, the Associate Managing Editor/Online, says the design is a product of a yearlong, Tribune Interactive effort that's designed to standardize ad placement across the Tribune network, create a common backend so product development for 8 Tribune newspaper websites can take place much more quickly, take advantage of best practices in Web site design and create producer efficencies. The rest of the Trib sites will roll this out... a project codenamed "Gen3..." over the coming weeks.
More about the redesign here.
