Insults plague Courant message boards
Hartford Courant continues to have problems with audience comments on its site. "The Courant's forums are not fully monitored and experienced posters know how to elude automatic filters," says
Karen Hunter, The Courant's reader representative. "In the end, I'm not sure this mostly unfettered speech is reflecting well on The Courant."

1 comments about 'Insults plague Courant message boards'INSULTS ARE DONE BY PEOPLE HIDDING BEHIND THEIR COMPUTER KEYBOARD. I DOUBT IT VERY MUCH IF THE WOULD INSULT SOMEONE IN FACE TO FACE EXCHANGE. BUT, THIS IS THE WORLD WE LIVE IN,SO WE HAVE TO PUT UP WITH SOME INSULTS FROM TIME TO TIME.
