Nightline incorporates Twitter into new Web show

ABC News’ “Nightline” is launching “NightTline,” a new half-hour digital program hosted by the show’s anchors and correspondents during which viewers can debate the news of the day through Twitter. It will be available for viewing on the “Nightline” page at ABCNEWS.com. The first episode of “NightTline” will be broadcast today at 12:30 p.m. ET. New, unique visualization of Twitter using Pixel touch screen technology will be employed for the first time on the site. “Nightline” and its anchors and correspondents have more than 1 million Twitter followers.
