    Subject:Arbitration request for my climatic research plan
    Dear Sir
    This is to bring to you kind attention that, I have presented my
    Above mentioned plan (Increasing rain in subtropical areas,using new tech.)
    To the foundation(www.insf.org) which supports the Iranian researcher in
    this regard to execute their plan.
    The A.M. organisation has lately asked me to introduce at least four(4)
    international arbitrators
    with their Contact details( atleast name and their e-mail),to consult with
    them about my above metioned plan.
    The foundation will contact them, as soon as I give them their contact
    details provided.
    I am looking forward to help me , or guide me how to find the arbitrators
    required.
